Tell us a bit about your background.
Since a young age I have always enjoyed working with my hands and designing things. When I left school, I got an apprenticeship as an HGV Technician and as well as fixing vehicles, we also used to do a lot of welding fabrication work. This came in very handy when I decided to turn my hand to furniture making. I can’t say I didn’t enjoy my job as a technician, but I knew I could do something a lot more creative and really invest in myself. When I’m not working I really enjoy spending time with my family and following football.
When did you start Rustic Revive and why?
Rustic Revive all came about in 2016 and it started in an outhouse at our old address. Making small things such as wine racks and cloak hooks out of horseshoes and reclaimed wood, soon turned into dining tables and large shelving units. Although it was a very small space (only 1.2 metres deep) the size of some of the things I made in there were massive and I used to have to take things into the back yard to turn them around! We then moved to a house around the corner that had a larger garage which became the new HQ for Rustic Revive and having more space was amazing, but after about two years I got the idea that I wanted to get a commercial unit. This was a huge commitment for me, especially with all that was going on at the time with Covid, but I went ahead and did it.

Amazing service - recently purchased a dining table, nest of side tables , a custom side board and a custom made tv stand. Nothing was too much hassle and everyone was very accommodating. Excellent customer service and would recommend to anyone after high quality furniture for their home.

We had our fabulous table & bench delivered and it was even better than what we had imagined it to be. The quality of the furniture is amazing. From start to finish from discussing what we were wanting to having it delivered to our home nothing was a problem for the lads and we couldnt recommend them enough. Very professional team!

I had been following this company on Instagram/FB for a while and decided to buy 3 pieces of bespoke furniture. As we only had limited spaces to work to, we just gave the sizes told them what we wanted and they delivered exactly that. The quality of the product and service was second to none and the delivery seamless. I am delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone.
We bought a six seater dining table and absolutely love it. The quality is great and the wood is so smooth. We could pick out of a variety of frame colours but wanted to match it with the chairs. Delivery was seamless and in the timeframe that was originally stated. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Just took delivery of our dining room table chairs & bench from ordering through to delivery fantastic service updates throughout the fabrication and delivered on time as promised would highly recommend
We have just taken delivery of our new table (with bench and two chairs). The quality of the table is superb. The finish on the table top is so tactile and smooth - it truly is a remarkable and beautiful piece of furniture. Delivery was as per the lead in time on the website and evening delivery to our first floor flat was not a problem. Really unique piece of furniture and I am sure we will be back for other pieces in the future.
Had our beautiful table delivered tonight, it’s perfect in every way. The lads are super friendly, and helpful and have done a cracking job. Will absolutely use them again and highly recommend. Quality is second to none!
